All massages include some hot stones, essential oils, Luxurious ancient Ayurvedic oil formulas, Marma point therapy. I will sometimes use tuning forks and singing bowls to clear blocked energy as well as lymphatic work if needed. Massages start light to medium pressure including some myofascial stretching as I work through each tissue layer and apply deeper tissue work if needed later in the massage. Ancient Ayurvedic Oil Massage
Warm cold pressed organic oil is herbalized (called Medicated or Herbalized Oil) using infusions or ancient recipes of local herbs and special herbs from India. The oils are selected after listening to the pulse to determine the present state of imbalance. This massage begins with polarity therapy, is extremely healing and relaxing and feels heavenly on a cold winter day.
Ancient Marma point therapy
Dating back thousands of years this therapy is similar to acupressure and acupuncture. Instead of needles, specific oils are applied with fingers or tools made of a special bell metal to promote movement and clear blockages in the energy system.
Cleansing Lymphatic Massage
