I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Herbalist using Western and Ayurvedic herbs to support health. Initial consultations include diet and lifestyle and are 1 and 1/2 hours long. Follow ups are usually 30 minutes to 1 hour. There is a comprehensive health history and dosha quiz plus a pulse analysis to help determine the best herbal formulas for each individual. Ayurvedic health counseling may include some herbs in addition to pranayama (breath work), food choices for each dosha, (original constitution not a one size fits all), self care, possibly yoga or ayurvedic treatments suggested. It usually lasts about an hour $70. A practitioner appointment is usually 1 and 1/2 hours $105 and is more comprehensive. After accessing all the information herb drug interactions are researched to make the best choices for you. A 2 hour first appointment may be needed if medications are being taken or there are several health issues going on. Hourly rate is $70.
